Mother's Day

I teach six and seven year olds in my church.
It was my turn to teach on Mother's Day so I  made
them a little something that they could give their mom.

The flower is made from a mold using candy melts.
Super easy!  The cute tag that is from a song
was a freebie from My Computer is My Canvas.
They are the Mother's Day Leaf Tags.
I then imported them into my Silhouette
and had it do the cutting out!

The card is made from a brown paper sack.
HERE is where I found the tutorial and
printables  to make this card.

Un-frog-getable Mother's Day

Un-frog-getable Mother's Day card.  I used Treasure Box Designs
Cuckoo Critter Frog.  I think she is super cute!!
I did a print and cut on my Silhouette Cameo with the frog,
and the paper is from Lettering Delights and is in

I printed both the background paper, the frog and the sentiment
on photo paper so that the colors are more vivid.
The frog is attached with pop dots.
I used Michaels Recollections 5"x 6.5" cards and envelopes.
I haven't used these in the past, but bought some at a recent
sale and I have to say that I have quite enjoyed them.

Teacher Appreciation

This has been such a fun week.  We started it by decorating our teachers door
and then brought her a surprise gift each day of teacher appreciation week.
All of these projects are super simple my little guy
was able to help on every project which
makes it all the more special.
The cookies are from PPBN Designs.

#1 Teacher
This tin can was found at Hobby Lobby
The flowers are from the Cricut Cartridge George and Basic Shapes
and the #1 Teacher is from the Cricut Cartridge Makin' the Grade.
This adorable idea was found on The Happy Scraps Blog
with one slight adustment.  I measured the top of the dry erase marker
and then created a circle that size in my Silhouette program
and grouped it together with my George flower.
It was my little guys idea to color the flowers
the color of the marker and he had a BLAST doing it!

World's Greatest Teacher!
This project was made using a download from
The wrappers are printed out and wrapped
around nugget candy bars.  The ones with
the toffee are my favorite.

Teacher You're The Balm
The printable for the eos lip balm is from

For The Best Teacher Ever!
This is another download from
These are magnets made from bottlecaps.

I Touch the Future. I Teach.
This phrase was purchased from the Silhouette Store.
The cup was from the local Dollar Tree and
the sentiment from Crazy Little Projects.
Inside the cup it some Propel flavor packets.
