Happy Sweet Sixteen

I can't believe that my daughter is sixteen years old today!!!
Where did all the time go?
Her party this year is zebra with hot pink accents so I thought
I would make a card along the same lines!!!

The zebra is from the Cricut Cartridge Create a Critter.  I used my Xyron and ran the zebra through upside down, attached the white and then flocked the rest of the black!  I love fuzzy zebras! :)  The embossing on the pink is from a Cuttlebug folder called Juli's Garden.  I attached some bling to the center of the flowers with my Imaginisce I-Rock.
Happy Birthday Sis!!!  Love you!!!

Thanks Matey!!!

This card actually came together pretty quickly!
I used my Cricut Imagine (that I have not used FOREVER) and the Cartridge Buccaneer.

I created my pirate at 5.5 and separated the shapes so that I could attach them with pop dots and create some depth.  The face, hat and boots are all cut separately and attached.  The background (skulls) was cut at 6.0 and then trimmed to 5.75" square, I used the square stock photo on the imagine and then filled it with the skull pattern on the cartridge.
I added a little twine to the bottom of the card and a sentiment and attached the pirate with more pop dots.

(a little info...I hadn't used my Imagine for so long when I tried to print I was getting funky colors, I tried cleaning the print heads, but that didn't help.  I ended up taking out my printer cartridges and cleaning the bottoms with some rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip and it worked like a charm.  Just a heads up!!!)

Sweet Sixteen Birthday Invite

Here is an invite I created for my daughters Sweet Sixteen birthday party!!!

The idea for the this Double Accordion Gatefold card is from Joy's Life.  It is kinda fun, you slip of the pink bank with the bling on it and the card open to reveal the info for the party!!!

Cinderella Valentine

This Valentine was for my Princess (aka daughter).

This cute SVG is from Paper Piecings by Nikki.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the SVG and my Cuttlebug to emboss the flowers in the background the folder is from the Once Upon a Princess set.

I have entered this project in the Challenges 4 Everybody #13 - Anything Goes

Batman!!!

Made this Valentine for my DH!!!

Who doesn't love a man in uniform!!! Right???
This is a full 12x12 card using the Cricut Cartridge Batman: The Brave and the Bold.  The burst in the background is from the Cricut Cartridge Best of Pixar.  I used my Gypsy to help me set up the card.  My DH is a super hero to me... so I thought this fit for Valentine's Day!!!

Heart Guy!!!

Made this Valentine for my twelve year old son!
Heart Guy!

This SVG was a freebie from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons!!!  I loved that this SVG was so easy and quick to put together, definitely a plus when you start your homemade Valentine's at 10 o'clock on February 13th ;).  I cut this out with my Silhouette Cameo, solid cardstock is from Michael's Recollections and pattern paper from DCVW.

Made this adorable kangaroo valentine for my three year old!!!

This was a free SVG from Little Scraps of Heaven!!!  Isn't this little kangaroo adorable.  I cut it out on my Silhouette Cameo, inked it with my Stampin' up ink (Crumb Cake), embossed it with Paper Studio embossing folder (Tiny Hearts) on my Cuttlebug, added some twine and edging (Fiskars) and there you go!!!  All paper used is from Michaels Recollections (Red, Kraft, Black).
